It increases the popularity of not only the team, which already has a popular documentary series. It could also increase attention to the National League if American fans have a storyline to follow.
Appropriately, the National League announced National League TV. While it’s currently on a two-week trial, it’s one of the first ways to watch National League games on TV, especially in the United States. Streaming will launch on 10 December 2022, including the ability to stream the Wrexham National League match against Eastleigh.

To watch Wrexham in the National League, you can sign up through the club itself. Or you can go straight through National League TV.
Matchday passes for each round aren’t free, so there’s a price to pay if you sign up to stream National League games. Pricing may also change, as National League streaming is relatively new, regardless of location.
The full launch of National League TV is scheduled for another time. Therefore, this two-week trial will not quite provide the full functionality of National League TV. That said, it does offer the ability to stream Wrexham National League games for its US audience.
