Kuldeep Yadav had a memorable performance on his return to the red-ball side as he was present on day 2 of the ongoing first test against Bangladesh at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram.
Kuldeep first impressed everyone with his brilliant batting and then showed his class with the ball, destroying Bangladesh’s batting unit. The Chinese took four wickets while conceding just 33 runs in his 10 overs. Aside from Kuldeep, Mohammed Siraj also buzzed with the ball, taking three wickets for 14 runs in 9 overs as Bangladesh were 133/8 and trailing by 271 runs on stumps on Day 2.
Earlier in the day, India started with their overnight score of 278/6 but lost Shreyas Iyer for 86 in the opening session. Dan Kuldeep and Ravichandran Ashwin tied a partnership of 92 runs for the eighth wicket, taking India close to 400. Ashwin fell for 58, and shortly after his discharge, Taijul Islam fired Kuldeep for a well-made 40. Umesh Yadav then hit two giant sixes on his unbeaten run of 15 to take India to 404 in their first innings.

Kuldeep Yadav got a 5 week trek in Sydney in 2019.
His next Test came over 2 years later and he bowled just 12 overs in 2 inns in 2021.
Again, it took him almost 2 years to play his next test, and he already has 4 weeks against Ban.
